Rongjiang Bai is our company's senior mechanical structural engineer with over 20 years of industry experience. He joined Ideal Pro in 2019, having previously designed and manufactured injection molding molds for a leading company and then moved on to develop home appliance products at Panasonic in Japan. Bai Rongjiang has accumulated extensive experience in both manufacturing and development. He is meticulous, responsible, and well-organized in his work.
